As a member of Communitas’ Executive Team, the Chief Administrative Officer provides oversight and management to many of the administrative functions of the organization, with a major emphasis on finance, operational objectives, technology, and capital asset management. This is a full-time, permanent position.

We’re seeking a senior leader who is both strategic and grounded—someone who can see the big picture while ensuring the details are well-managed. The right candidate will bring:
- Executive Leadership Experience: 5+ years at a senior level, with proven ability to guide teams, influence strategy, and deliver on organizational goals.
- Strong Financial and Operational Expertise: You know how to steward resources wisely, manage budgets, and align financial planning with mission-driven priorities.
- Vision for Growth and Development: Experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or property development that supports long-term sustainability.
- Commitment to People and Purpose: A personal philosophy in line with Communitas’ values, including respect, inclusion, and support for people with disabilities.
- Strong Communicator and Collaborator: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust, advocate effectively, and navigate complexity with honesty and respect.
- Innovator and Problem-Solver: Skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and leveraging technology to strengthen systems and decision-making.
- Integrity and Resilience: A leader who models ethical standards, manages conflict constructively, and thrives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally participate in evening or weekend meetings and events as part of executive responsibilities.
Preferred Assets:
- Advanced degree (Master’s in Business, Management, or Leadership)

Wage Range: $119,968.97-$132,763.15 Annual Salary
